This model is ideal for institutions seeking expert search support while retaining control over final stages of the recruitment process.
Each engagement begins with a structured Pre-Search Planning and Consultation phase, during which we work closely with institutional leadership to clarify the ideal candidate profile, define search committee roles, and identify any underlying sensitivities or institutional priorities. We also assist in crafting a compelling institutional profile and consistent messaging strategy, paired with select targeted advertising as appropriate.
Our hybrid search process includes dynamic market mapping, real-time tracking, and the use of proprietary data tools drawn from our full executive search capabilities. This includes AI-powered candidate identification, ranking, and direct outreach to top prospects and referral sources. The result is a thoroughly vetted, diverse, and mission-aligned candidate pool tailored for client review. Once the agreed-upon candidate pool is presented, we collaborate on a transition plan for candidate communication, after which the institution resumes ownership of the remaining stages of the search process through to completion.
